The CRM4 Solution

We will help you design a CRM solution that meets your needs using the Salesforce Nonprofit platform. From writing a statement of rquirements, through design, development, training, data transfer and installation we will ensure that you get the best service and the database you need to run your business. We will even help you apply for donated Salesforce licences.

There will be a number of phases and service levels required during the development. Below is a brief description of what CRM4 will provide during the project.

Stage One

  • Develop Specification of Requirements
  • Develop, define and agree the configuration requirements, based on the stated requirements document.
  • Develop an implementation plan detailing the nature and configuration of database objects, fields and processes. This will be a collaborative process.

Stage Two

  • Implementation and development to meet the agreed requirements.
  • Configuration of database record types, relationships and page layouts.
  • Creation of custom applications and objects.
  • Creation of any workflow processes.
  • Creation of communication templates for email and mail merge.
  • Outlook integration
  • Website integration (using the Clicktools solution if required)
  • Online payment integration (if required)
  • Initial limited test data loading to enable a data map to be developed, identify issues with the data and to allow testing.

Stage Three

  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Final data loading. A data loading strategy will be agreed before a final price for this element can be offered. CRM4 will need to have examined all identified data sources for loading.
  • Roll out the final implementation, administrator and user training.
