Clients
The benefit of the Salesforce CRM solution is that is can be made to meet the needs of any organisation. Whether you need a fundraising database, volunteer management, bed letting system, event management - or all of them, we can develop a CRM solution to meet your needs.
Below are some of the varied solutions we are delivering for charity clients:
BroadwayBroadway provides services to over 2,800 people who are at risk of, or are experiencing, being homeless. Their aim is to ensure that every single person finds and keeps a home. They support, guide and influence whatever it takes, however long it takes.
Broadway manages both Public and Private Sector housing throuhg its Clearing House. This service allows local agencies to refer clients in need of homes to the Clearing House via web based forms on a quota system. Clearing House staff then match those clients to the properties that become available, matching the needs and attributes of the client to the property and landlord.
At the same time the Clearing house staff need to manage the lets, the properties, the services - and be able to add and remove properties as they move in and out of circulation.
CRM4 has built a system which manages all of these complex functions via a single, online database using the Salesforce solution.
Agencies can log in and manage client records, landlords can manage propety records, and the Clearing house staff can moderate, oversee and manage the process of referals and lettings.
BOND
BOND is the UK 's broadest network of voluntary organisations working in international development. Their aim is to improve the UK 's contribution to international development by promoting the exchange of experience, ideas and information.
BOND's core activities are membership, events and recruitment. They needed a new database to facilitate the management of each area of their work, reduce the admin and integrate wth the website to allow online bookings and self management. They also wanted to take avdantage of the opportunities offered from marketing the right courses and the right information to the right person - something which can only be done if you have a full view of those relationships.
CRM4 are building them a database to manage all of these functions, integrating press and PR contacts, advocacy contacts, members, course participants, facilitators, suppliers and funders into one system.
As well as rationalising the data they hold, this solution will enable BOND to market their services to a targetted audience both on an offline.

harityComms
CharityComms are the new professional body for charity sector communications from internal communications and publishing to media relations, marketing communications and new media, as well as reputation and crisis management as well. Every charity communicates. They’re there to help those responsible for communications both internally and externally. They believe charity communications are integral to each charity’s work for a better world.
As a brand new organisation CharityComs had the opportunity to start with a clean slate. They needed a new website to publicise themselves, offer services and information to members and collect and manage all the resources they could find for charity communicators. They chose to build a Drupal site.
Next they needed a database which would store and manage their membership and events information including payments, booking and organisational details. They also needed a document store and information repository for a "virtual" office. They chose CRM4 and Salesforce.
By integrating the two onlint solutions, Drupal CMS and Salesforce CRM, CharityComms now have an integrated system which allows easy management and administration - cutting down the workload and expenditure on back-office solutions.
RedRRedR UK helps to rebuild lives by providing aid workers with the skills they need to make a difference. They do this through delivering expert international and UK training programmes, running a recruitment service and by providing online expertise. They also support a membership scheme for professionals vital to relief and rehabilitation programmes around the world.
RedR had built up a full house of database solutions to manage their various activities, but, like as many charities find. these solutions did not work together or even allow easy data transfer. This left RedR without easy to manage data or reporting.
CRM4 is building RedR a database solution which will encompas the whole range of activities and services they provide:
All of these activities need to integrate with the RedR website allowing members and potential trainees to self manage and book online.
By integrating all these contact types and relationships into one system RedR will gain full control of its data. For the first time it will be able to recognise the multi-level relationships it has with members and donors which have previously been siloed by department.
